Ekal Youth Conference 2009

Bringing Tomorrow into Today's Choices

1st Annual Ekal Youth Conference

September 19 - 20, 2009, Washington DC

Ekal Vidyalaya Foundation, Washington DC chapter is proud to host the first First Annual Ekal Youth Conference – 2009. This conference aims to strengthen Ekal Foundation’s vision for village development, education, and civic empowerment.

The Ekal Youth Volunteers have been embedded into the philosophy and vision of Ekal, and are engaged in several activities either individually or in groups to support Ekal’s mission and vision. This is the first time where the youth diaspora would come together, share and discuss their work, ideas, and future plans to enable Ekal activities with better prospects. We feel that tour research or project presentation will add tremendous value towards this objective.

We invite you to participate and attend this conference; and motivate the presenters for their work, ideas, and plans. We seek your active participation to make this conference a great success.
